Let me level with you for a sec.
We want to help you but we kinda can't for a few reasons.
1. The "link" to the screenshot you provided is a link to a file on your local hard drive, not a link to a file present on the internet. We can't see that picture because it isn't an internet link. You NEED to upload the screenshot to a service like puush or imgur and then post a link to the uploaded image.
2. Your general problem description is too vague. Ok the game crashed and you can't reinstall it because it keeps saying the game crashed but that isn't enough for us to work off. We (or at least I) need to know how this problem was triggered (i.e what option did you select, what map did you play etc that caused this bug to happen in the first place). That way it makes diagnosing the issue and fixing the problem much easier.
If you can please do those 2 things above then I should be able to help fix the problem but if you don't then don't expect anyone to do anything, there is just too little infomation about the problem to work with at the moment
