There is something about the song Chain from Air Gear that just appeals to me. The way that the beginning is very deceiving of the actual feeling of the song, yet it blends so well. I dunno, but it always sparks thought in me in a different way, I can't think of any other song that does this with just a simple intro. If that intro wasn't there it'd be Death Note's 1st OP, but Chain just has that edge for me haha.

I love most of OP/ED songs of all anime I watched so far. But I think I have a thing or two about some certain of them. Like, the songs, lyrics, melodies, and the animation theme itself just pop out of my head from nowhere at times, mostly when I'm doing nothing, or something boring.

So hard to choose ... My favorite openings probably are Future Gazer from Railgun, Destin Histoire from Gosick, and just since I got addicted to it for a while, Tabi no Tochuu from Spice and Wolf For closings...Sprinter from Kara no Kyoukai, and Resuscitated Hope from Gosick Always subject to change though

I don't really remember much OSTs (unless they're from a VN) for some reason, but Clannad, Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, Kaiji, and Madoka are honorable mentions. And Susumu Hirasawa.
