Please check you skin folder because I'm always making archive with skin folder inside so when you are do it with "Extract to "archive name" " it's making additional folder.
So check the location it's should have : .../osu!/skins/Remilia Scarlet/

Hmmm...Maybe delete the skin and redownload it.
Not exactly bad.
I'd suggest you to consider re-vamping(lolpun) the skin a little.
It's weird having to see Remilia's face for almost every element of the skin.
Take into consideration the gothicness and the dark theme surrounding her character as a source of inspiration, like what I saw with the hitcircle. Symbols, patterns, color themes and elements that embody Remilia in the spirit, rather than cliche visual impressions to make it look like a "Remilia" skin.

Yeah,I overused her in song menu xD.
Hard to say about "gothicness and the dark theme surrounding her character", because of really different fanarts ^^'.
I will think a little about that someday.

- Changed hitcircleoverlay,
- Changed hitcircle,
- Corrected default numbers (they are brighter)

Awesome skin, but I too unfortunately get the missing ini error. I've tried deleting and re-downloading with no luck.
So I got the flandre skin to work, not the newest on but the older one. Can't get this skin to work, either. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I don't get any error messages when trying to use the skin, so I don't know.
