It just doesn't make any sense honestly, it's bad to have a light insane with harsher penalties than the top diff,
Thats not how a spread works, can you reduce the difficulty settings in the light insane? talking about the od and hp here.

00:13:114 (3,4) - I really believe that this should be a triple. Why have a double-with-a-weird-slider-thing when you have 3 drum sounds that are basically the same? Having a triple instead of a double here would really increase readability and playability as well.
00:20:436 (1) - Is there any reason in particular why this combo only has one element? Same goes for all of the other times you used that.
00:55:614 (3,4,5,6,1) - What is up with this huge break of circular flow here? From 00:53:472 - 00:55:793 (4) -, the flow is clearly circular, but then it is rudely interrupted with 00:55:972 (5,6,1) -. Try placing 00:56:329 (1) - at x384 y160, and moving 00:56:686 (2) - a bit to the left to compensate.

00:57:400 (5,1) - Weird overlapok sure, spread out the jumps a bit so the overlap disappeared.
