I think rhythm could be improved. I'll be hard to follow if it's not mapped to the beat properly.

00:17:512 (3,4) - These two are spaced too far and I don't see a reason for it. I understand 00:17:281 (2,3) - , but 00:17:512 (3,4) - sound quite similar. Right, for normal distance now.
00:17:627 (4,5) - Might feel awkward with a sudden slowdown here, would space them a bit more so it fits with the SV. Changed when fixed the above mod.
00:20:743 (2) - Like mentioned in Precise, would probably fit better as a sliderend.Don't want to do this, sorry.

00:34:820 (6,7) - These sound the same so they should be the same type of note imo. Maybe I just want to make it easier, but anyway, fixed.
00:35:454 - 00:35:512 - 00:35:570 - Could be mapped, but might make things too hard if it were implemented as things are at the moment with spacing.
Could be done like this, though: I feels like a deaf because I never heard this until you mention it. (For me I need to use 50% speed to heard this.) Don't want to map in this diff but harder diffs may be acceptable.

00:10:589 - It's strange that this isn't mapped, it's quite a strong beat. I'm sure some will mistake the sound for being 00:10:704 (1) - I don't know for me I can't really distinguish this sound clearly if I do not change the speed to 75%, and also a NC here. Maybe change to a slider instead.
00:12:320 - Can't hear this, could still map 00:12:204 - as a slider that ends here so there isn't a random hole in the rhythm. Please let me use a slider here to cover the blank.
00:12:550 (1,2,3,4) - This whole part feels off, listen to the drums, for example. Change (1) to a 1/1 slider and hope it can be better.

Any part like this, I think you should make into a sliderend instead on this difficulty. On previous ones you usually just had a slider running over it, but for this one you can fit in another circle where the sliderend would've been like this. It's a harder difficulty after all.

Are you sure the difficulty settings for precise are ok? OD 8 is a bit high for an insane imo. I'm sure OD 7 would suffice, especially since the circle size is so small. Could you imagine someone playing it with HR? xD In fact, why I put OD 8.1 is exactly for I use CS7 and "precise".And I expect someone can play it with DT and HR.
Combo colour 3 and 4 are very similar, so perhaps you could switch places with colours 3 and 4. I feel it's fine.
Sound files and background resolution are fine.
