    Even though there are no technical issues with this, I will be rude: this difficulty is wrong for these reasons:
    - It is not a Easy at all. It's a Normal at the very least.
    - It's one of those boring all 1/1 stuff. I refuse to accept it.
  2. .Suggestions: (Fixing this should make gameplay/aesthetics a bit better)
    That said, I suggest to remove some beats to add some more variation to the rhythm (you might need to rearrange some patterns):

    This does not include some sliders that would work better as single beats.
- Normal:

    A Hard with the Difficulty settings of a Normal. In my opinion plays/looks/feels better with Circle 4, AR 6 and OD 5. Basically I'd use those settings and rename as Hard.
  2. .Suggestions: (Fixing this should make gameplay/aesthetics a bit better)
    Still, I'd take the opposite approach and do the same thing as Easy, removing some beats:

So, i discussed this with a fellow BAT some days ago.

The point is:
Easy is a no-go at the current state. 95% of the rhythm is 1/1 so it becomes boring and repetitive really soon. Also it's too hard as a Easy because of that.
Even Normal suffers from the same issue.

The rest of the spread can work (but you should really rename the difficulties as i said before), but at the moment the overall mapset is not fine.
Unfortunately I don't know what else to suggest since you denied my previous suggestion with a simple "i don't like that" and i can't think of another solution apart from heavily reworking those two difficulties.

Ok let's say BPM and SV is totally different thing but you are mixing those two things. BPM(Beat Per Minute) depends on the song and SV depends on the map. In that part, song itself slows down so actual BPM is low, so that is why I just put lower BPM. Other difficulties need to fix but not mine. (AHO didn't concerned about this yet since he filled those parts to mere breaks.)

I think you're right, it's multi BPM and I think the last red line shoud be BPM : 89.6 offset 116972

Even though it may be true that the difficulties are a bit harder than usual, the difficulty curve is laid out pretty nice, so I believe it will be alright.
