you have a lot of useless timing sections. I won't point them out because it's nazi stuff. If there are two identical timing sections in the osu file, one after the other, you can safely delete the later ones.
you have a halfway decent spread with 4 maps, but normal is 700,000, hard is 10,000,000. I think you need a ~3-7 million map.

This is one of the best Insane maps i have played in a while, it's just that great.

Can get a little tough to read sometimes, but very very nice job on it!

i only looked a little fast on your insane diff, and i can't really point out anything wrong with it.
