My osu usually get some serious fps drop when streaming with OBS studio latest version.
My pc have a GTX750Ti and cpu Core i3 with 8gb of ram.

Close background programs, set lower recording quality.

I have same setup like yours accept my cpu is AMD FX-6100. Do you try changing OBS settings if you want i can send you my settings to try them out.
A lot of PCs get lag when a recording-program is used. The only thing you can quite possibly do, is set everything on its lowest settings and disable all background programs. Or buy a better pc ofcourse

i have : gigabyte gtx heforce 970 ti windforce 4 gb edition , 8gb ram and amd fx 8320 procesor and when i run osu and try to stream on obs i have 20 fps , wothout of obs i have 240 fps
