Moving interface elements around

I just want to know if moving interface elements around is something that's even possible in this game, and if it's allowed or not.
For instance, if I'm allowed to do this

First of all, yes. Is in the wrong section.

Second. Moving interface elements is one of the goals peppy wants in osu!next. In the current model of osu, is not possible. The most you can currently change is skinning- and the menu background if you have supporter.

Ah, I was not aware that peppy was working on this kind of implementation. And I apologize for the location mistake: As seen by my post number, I've never used these forums before.
