1. no wip beatmaps.

2. jokemaps are banned.

3. i will try to mod because i'm new to modding.

4. i will only mod standard. (because that's my favorite game mode.)

5. no animu shit that is very common why do we keep getting these in osu!

I think it's more that nobody really wants to mod a mapset of two Easy difficulties. If it helps, I'll give it a look.
