You should consider the Snap Distance and the Symetry.
For example,

Use 2,0x Snap distance from 00:00:000 - to 00:09:684 -
Then Use 2,5 for the rest of the map.

I repeat, for example, because the snap distance is necessary for the hole map.

If you use always the same snap distance on one combo, there will be no confusions.
Try to use it,
00:09:979 (1,2,3) - here for example, you didn't used it, you should use it almost everytime, because is hard diff. On hard diffs you can make some jumps but when you do it, you should change the combo.

00:19:962 (3,4,5,6) - Don't add notes, here I just hear 4 Notes.
There are a lot like those.
00:32:740 (5,1) - Here is another example.

00:45:518 (7) - Instead of 1 Slider, you can put NC (New Combo) and make a stream. A slider with a lot of bounces isn't very good. A stream is just better, rememer to use Snap Distance in every Stream.

00:47:740 - Here you should add 2 more notes, remember don't add notes that you don't hear, but if you hear notes, you should put them.

00:51:907 (3,6) - Overlaps, overlaps everywhere.
00:57:462 (2,6) - Overlap.
01:00:796 (3,2) - Overlap.
01:11:907 (2,1) - Overlap.

Fix overlaps, they are very ugly. Those where just some examples.

First about song setup. OD, AR and HP are too large. The value that equals 8 is appropriate for hard Insane, but not for your diff. And my advice to you, is reduce their. Perhaps OD=6 HP=6 would be good choices. In the case of AR maybe you ought to think about it similarly. I'm telling you this, because the player does not expect such difficulty level on 3 stars map. Then you should consider question about disabled countdown. Now it too rarely found. In terms of rhythm we got a good thing going here. Following piano was good, but truthfully, I don't like long sliders that cover individual piano notes, such as 01:56:768 (2) - and 02:13:434 (4) - Yes, I think perhaps it would be a good idea if you could add a few circles instead. Also it can be difficult to play a circle on blue tick right after a circle on white tick, such as 01:17:462 (2,3) - you could maybe add 1/2 slider to prevent confusion. And in the end you should move this beautiful slider to white tick I'm sure.

Also AR is too large. I think it is unacceptable. You should agree on a difficulty setup between maps. And be careful of slider velocity multiplier. I consider spread of values is too high.

Couple of comments about Normal. Same thing about slider velocity multiplier in this diff. I think the value should be constant in Normal, considering that Easy absent. Obvious thing that SV should be less than SV in Hard or Insane Also try to use only 1/2 circles and sliders for this diff. So it will be easier for new players. 01:40:796 (2,3,4,5,6) - this pattern is too hard for Normal as well. Try to avoid it. 01:49:407 (7,2) - Overlapping looks bad. It's not good. Well, think of something better.

Also Open AiMod and fix problem that you can find there.

You should use ds more often on shapes
Get a silent slidertick hitsound. There shouldnt be a slidertick sound since its such a quiet map
