This is a serious problem to say you're going to do something and then don't do it. The admins could do a couple a day and eventually the list would empty. Just ignoring it is poor administrating.

Erhm, yes I totally will, once every 8 months sounds like a reasonable time span, there will be +800 posts by then. I will be thankful if you could change my flag to Latvian, seems like your GEOIP database is old. IP range from 91.105.0.0 to 91.105.95.255 is for Latvian users, would be awesome if you could do it for all users in that IP Range.
