I think you'd need to lower the difficulty on NM a little bit or make an EZ difficulty if you want to get this ranked, you need to have at least one difficulty under 2 stars for it to be eligible for ranking.

In that case you'll probably just have to get NM down to just under two stars.

I'm not a very good mania player, so I can't really tell how it plays, but it does seem like its a bit too hard. Again, I don't know, because I can't play it.
