Oh, something like this happened when I first qualified rohit6's map. I qualified the map but it showed up as pending. It was ranked, but you couldn't set any scores even tho there was clearly a leaderboard.
Maybe Rizia qualified after the map was updated, but but before xlni formally submitted the map?

Conjecture
(RLC Click's Submit map > Map processes and uploads to 100% submitted > Map automatically updates (you can refresh and update the map even if mapper hasn't formally clicked the submit button > Rizia sees changes > Rizia qualifies > xlni formally clicks to Submit the map) > This causes the map to be moved from the ranked section back to the pending section because mappers have to select where to post the map WIP or Pending > Map becomes ?'ed because it's qualified but also pending.
its a different scenario cuz this was qualified but it also wasnt qualified so the QATs cudnt dq this :L

try replacing this map with something else
what i mean is, replace the mp3 of this map with something else, like from audio.mp3 to tatoesimulator.mp3 or something
then update
and then add a random diff, and update
and then delete perfect free's diffs and then update
basically completely replace everything that used to be perfect free's.
ive done this a couple of times coz i regret my upload decisions.
this might either fix it or turn to a point where you would have to delete this off the website, implying that is even an option anymore

then update
and then add a random diff, and update
