First Impressions:
The pattering is mostly generic jumpstream, but the SVs and gimmicks in the song make it worthwhile.

tinkerings inside
Intro - You leave no room for the player to get aquainted for the beat and expect them to hit the first few notes at a slow SV, and the first one is on an off beat as well.
I would start the map at this note 00:15:657 (15657|3)

00:34:867 (34867|1) - these should be 1/4ths, the same guitar riff is more audible here: 03:19:014 (199014|1) -

00:39:657 (39657|0) - have a note here for vocals, you should add one here too - 00:39:973 (39973|1) - and the beat after it too (oh wait nvm there are SVs here)

01:20:078 (80078|3) - don't ever let anyone tell you to change this pattern because it's really good

01:25:999 (85999|3) - is this a ghost note? or just really inconsistent layering?

01:26:236 (86236|0) - not sure what others will say to this dumpy pattern but eh

01:28:683 (88683|2) - this is a ghost note right

01:30:736 (90736|1) - you dun goofed with your copy paste, no note exists here

01:52:498 (112498|0) - barely audible with good headphones with solid bass, most everyone is going to interpret this as a ghost note

01:57:024 (117024|2) - some right hand bias going on starting here until 02:16:919 (136919|2) -

02:01:209 (121209|1) - double check the existence of this note

02:21:972 (141972|3) - this little section is an entire layer too hard, compared to the rest of the map from the beginning to here. the faster part is also quite difficult, but that's okay since the music is much more intense there. the same does not apply here, nerf this little section.

02:22:998 (142998|2,143077|3,143156|2,143235|3,143314|2,143393|3,143472|2,143551|3,143630|2,143709|3) - dude, give the left hand some love man

02:32:472 (152472|2,152538|3,152603|2,152669|0,152669|3,152733|1,152798|2,152862|1) - ????? is this a dump?

02:36:407 (156407|1) - spooky ghost

02:49:080 (169080|2) - double check this note as well

03:04:199 (184199|1,184199|0) - don't be lazy come on, you know better than this

03:07:435 (187435|0,187435|1) - whew, yet another jumptrill, do something different this time perhaps?

03:19:014 (199014|1) - pretty sure these are straight 1/4ths, fix all the other guitar riffs in this map too

Is it just me or does the map feel like there's a general right hand bias

[SVs]
Here we go, the meat of this map:

00:20:394 (20394|1) - this teleport feels weak compared to what you have later in the map

00:30:183 (30183|1) - i would have the teleport happen at the tail end of this LN, rather than at the head. also, please have mercy on hidden players

00:39:657 (39657|0) - there's not enough of a gap between the notes with these SV teleports, but i guess it shouldn't be a problem after the first sightread

01:23:394 (83394|2) - having these barely audible 1/4th background percussion sounds be charted with a really slow SV is a bad idea. the player trying to read the slow pattern in their head is only going to hear the main melodic line and drum rhythms, not some wimpy background percussions sounds, resulting in a feeling that is the same as playing random ghost notes.

02:11:867 (131867|3) - why did the SVs stop?

02:41:025 (161025|3) - why not have the same SV teleport effects in this section?

03:19:435 (199435|1) - why the jump in the middle of this note?

would love to see this ranked, good work and good luck!
