00:45:453 (1,2,3) - this pattern could prove to be a bit difficult for beginners, and it's not really ideal to be using 1/2 in an easy difficulty. i suggest you tone this section down a little.

00:17:203 (2,3,4,1) - the increased spacing here imo is too difficult, this part looks more like borderline insane difficulty, which it shouldn't be. i think you shold tone down the spacing here.

00:18:953 (1) - quite low spacing here, doesn't make very much sense since the song hasn't changed in emphasis really at all, i think you should increase the spacing to 1.2 at the very least.

00:26:953 (1,2) - the transition here makes no sense at all, you're curving the opposite way to where you want to go in the initial slider, something like this would look + flow much better.

00:36:578 (4) - this isn't mapped to the 1/6 but it looks like it's trying to be? in any case this is very odd and blue tick sliders are rarely ideal, if you can't explain this to me i think you should remove it and map the 1/6 or whatever you feel is right here.

This is what you call a boring map...trying to make sth difficult and more fun for beginners to play

i meant that i feel like the lower difficulties are mapped arbitrarily which i may not have made clear, whether it be because the styles are older or not. lots of ranked maps are boring, not everything has to be special, i just like to see people add their own spice, because often it seems like i see lots of the same things. the higher difficulties are cool, but i also think it feels like they're trying too hard to be unique, and ideally you need to find a balance. again, that's my opinion. this map overall is great, i just don't understand or agree with everything, and that's my fault, not any of yours.

alright, i get it.

that's my opinon. i think that during the beatmapping process there shouldn't be a minute where you say "i don't know what i'm doing". why i said it should be removed unless you can explain it is because generally if something makes no sense, it seems to be mapped to nothing, and you can't explain it, then it's not looking too good for it to stay in the map.

Well..A storyboard surely deserves attention and I'm pretty sure if this gets ranked a lot of ppl will look at and enjoy the sb for sure.

Lower diffs just follow DS...and style is more to old can be understood. This is not an issue to me really.

I totally agree with Kuki on that (even if he's a bit harsh in some place), even if the SB is awesome, it's totally not enjoyable while playing and even horrible for new players for Easy/Normal ... Like yeah, passing such time to make this kind of SB is smth I can understand, but for me a SB must be enjoyable while playing, not something to just watch in the editor...
This is just my point of view, even for modding I have to fcking disable the SB lol because my head is going crazy xd

It's true that you have to disable sb when modding because you are finding problems to the diff itself, but not enjoying it.

I dont understand why a sb must be enjoyable "while playing". You mean every sb made must be eye-friendly when new players are circle clicking Easy and Normal?
sb is not video, but they share similar properties. for ppl who enjoy this: just enable and play the map casually for fun. for others: just disable and farming your pp. why must the sb be like that? many sb contains flashes(just see sb in maps such as brain power) that almost every player cant feel any sort of comfort when playing(circle clicking,to be exact). So you think those sb are bad?

There's a cinema mod for you to enable so you can enjoy sb alone. If a SB must be enjoyable while playing, why is there such a button?
I think personally you dislike sb...which is why you have a headache when modding.

there isn't a cinema mode anymore i don't think. no matter who it was created for not everybody is going to see it (therefore it won't be enjoyed to it's full extent). quite a few people might even have storyboards turned off and not even know it's there.

This song is 120bpm single tap, so it must be difficult, it's not like normal tv size with 170-200bpm. Therefore it is normal that I make a hard set like this.
What I mean is I try to make every diff fun, no matter hard or easy, and I also try to make it more fun, so beginners can enjoy it.
Frankly speaking, almost every Easy and Normal nowadays just follow DS, which is what I'm doing. Nothing wrong. No idea why you think this is ridiculous.

Enough. Don't discuss Sth out of the mapset. SB is nice, and ppl who watch it will surely enjoy it.

I don't know whether you feel like doing it, but is it possible to add a logic to give reimu some additional movement when she is going to be hit by a bullet?
00:33:953 - the floating rocks are flying so fast that it seems like some weird ghosts. considering they are all actually in a relatively far distance, will it be better to make is slower, just like in the game?
how about adding some cut-in figures of tenshi along with spell card names?
I recon reimu's bomb (i.e. "霊符「夢想封印」") was like several big shining colourful globes rather than a big railgun (which should be marisa's imo). is it better to use that?
