[Archived] Can't connect to the server

Problem Details:
Hi,
I have a friend that tried to join in Osu... After the registration in the website, he tried to enter into Osu! Client but he get an error: "Can't connect to the server" (we are italian, the error is in italian)... We checked the firewall and antivirus but, when I try to login with MY account into his PC.. works!
Only his account can't connect to the Osu Client (the website works correctly).

can any of you get your friends (or yourself if you are directly having this problem) to give a network.log (if you have one) found in osu!>Logs?

I had same problem. but this might help. On desktop, right click on osu!>open file location> repair osu! > click on repair osu

Sorry about that, we hit a server-side issue and have to perform database maintenance. If your friends can't register an account at the moment, they'll have to try again in 24 hours or so.

Registrations are fixed but scores will not be uploaded until we complete maintenance. Sorry for the inconvenience!
