Is it possible to use the osu/Taiko/CtB signature from this forum in other forums, too?

If you mean that image thing for your profile stats, of course you can. Just copy the image link and format it to fit. Most forums use [img] tags, but some might have it as different. For example, yours would look like this:

[img]http://osu.ppy.sh/stat2/Beastboy-2.png[/img]

Nope, signatures aren't updated anymore.

That being said, you may want to take a look at this community-created dynamic signature. It is pretty cool.
