Use Offset -1.621 because it have a heavybeat on there, I use negative offset because when I set the offset to 1.541, it could be bad if red timing is place after the object and set the time signature to 3/4, since it fit on the beat, time signature of 4/4 doesn't seems fit to the beat

-I think the .mp3 fades out too early. o_o Perhaps you could find one that fades out later? Also, as a result, the beatmap ends at an odd place.

00:36:330 (1,1,1,1) - Move the third one and the fourth one out from under the first and second one.

-I love the volume effects you did in that one part. <3

--Song ends somewhat abruptly in my opinion, but i guess it's ok.

Hard

I would consider making this level harder (i.e larger spacing or more notes)
At this current moment, it's almost like a normal+ and it's barely harder than normal in my opinion

Mm.. The music is so simple that i think all the beats are okay where they are,... The only thing is the sliders shape which have been poked out to you erlier. The song can be easily having sliders going with it... A triangular shape where ticks are would be nice - See an example here
This is not really a mod but,... I don't like the image you used for the background, so I just simply have a few more propositions for you...

  1. 00:58:468 - I totally suggest to finish the map here, those last notes do not sound good because the mp3 starts fading out and you only mapped the beginning of the fade out, so it's kinda odd . Just delete those notes and finish it here (00:57:414 )
  2. SliderTickRate: 2 sounds pretty nice, If you don't want to add it to the whole map, at least add it to Easy where it fits perfectly.
  3. Tags: "PS" is too short, remove it. "PS1" & "RPG" seem too generic , I'd remove it but it's ok if you keep them.
Easy
  1. 00:29:214 - The song is short enough, the patterns are east enough. In my opinion this break is unnecessary, I highly suggest to remove it and map something here.
  2. Ok, I don't find any problems here, just some suggestions for your next maps:
  3. The slider-speed you used here is too slow so it gets boring after a while, try using something faster but reasonable for easy.
  4. The map looks so linear (It goes around the border of the playground over and over again) , Try moving notes around and create some creative and nice shapes.
Normal
  1. I would increase Ar +1 since the song is slow and the patterns are easy enough.
  2. 00:46:081 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - This combo is a bit long, use New Combo on (9)
  3. 00:26:842 (1,1) - You could add a whistle at the end of the 1st spinner like you did with the 2nd one.
  4. The map is 1/1 ... and suddenly a 20secs~ 1/2 stream appears, I guess it's ok this time. but try to make your next maps more balanced.
Hard
  1. Only one thing caught my attention.
  2. 00:48:980 (9,10,11,1,2,3,4,5,6) - The New Combo starts on (9) remove it from (1).
Relaxing~
I don't find any major problems with this map at all.
Oh those BGs above my post look pretty nice, I'd consider using them.

For a 58 second map, I'm guessing 3 difficulty is too little.
even TV-size (1min 30sec) maps have like 4~5 difficulties. not a big deal, but still.


umm.. there aren't major errors or somthing like that,

since you said your gonna make easy map, it's okay about Easy and Normal.
but even hard, feels kinda sleepy and boring. at least I would suggest you to increase slider Velosity.

hard difficulty has too monotonous pattern from about 00:36:330 (slider + lots of circle)
maybe incresing SV and using reapeat slider can make this less boring though.

or how about making insane?

Checked the insane, and Ive got kind of mixed feelings atm
These are my opinions so no need to start flame wars just because i said something

Pros:
The difficulty on insane leans more towards to accuracy rather then clicking a ton of circles, goodie.
Some parts sound good (I know what you are thinking of the other parts now :p).
Not really any mapping failures in gameplay (unless you count on the ones I didnt like).

Cons:
Yep...I didnt like some parts of the song, or lets say they left kind of neutral feeling since the beats didnt
sound off but they didnt really go with the music either.
The HP drain, yes I know its insane and i agree with it otherwise but the last slider (star) really had your
HP going down which would make you fail if you landed bad in there (anyone remember "cant defeat airman"?).

Overall:
I'd say that I would include it but I would like it to be more flowing with the music (or something).

Also if I would add it then would you be editing it or do I have to do it?

For example the first seconds of the insane feels like just clicking in rather monotonous way, rather then feeling like that youd be playing along with the music. Try to compare it to 00:33:142 (1) - 00:40:258 (5), that part feels more like that you are playing with the music instead of "just clicking". I dont know if what im trying to say is getting across, but basically you would need to feel like you are playing music instead of playing game

sometimes your browser's cache will kick in, and you'll download from that instead. You gotta save target as or clear the cache.

In any case this is a very cool song, and pretty well modded so I can't help you fix errors that don't exist. Map seems rankable to me, so my suggestions don't even matter.

that background is just terrible quality.
00:52:126 - I would have quit mapping here. The song repeats itself from here on, then fades out. It also works better in insane because you can end the slider on the beat and not have to make it a new combo.

[normal]
00:26:825 - Even though this is easy enough, I would have liked to have seen a difference between hard and normal here. Sliders thrown into the stream every once in a while, or the entire thing being sliders.

[hard]
00:24:717 (3) - would sounds better as slider circle, but you lose the symmetry of the combo
00:26:825 - I think the long sliders could be repeating sliders, but might be too much work this late in the game. Using a red timing section to make the slider tick rate 2 would also work, but afaik that's unrankable.
