- Summary of metadata PM talk, changing the title to EOS is recommended just because it looks better.
- 00:34:530 (2,3,4) - Visually, this pattern is pretty different from the rest of the map due to the curve of the 4, finding a more aesthetically pleasing and consistent alternative would be nice.
- 00:39:702 (2) - Finish?
- 00:44:185 (1) - Finish on sliderend?

- 01:29:702 (2,3) - DS on the 2.

- The reason I'm pointing out the HS's here are because on the other diffs, you mapped to other sounds, which meant when you copied over HS's you need to add a few to the basic rhythm to be consistent with your rhythm you're using.
- 01:05:392 - Skipping this noise in the map is kind of jarring, why did you leave it out?
- 01:32:663 - HS randomly switches to 35% volume because you forgot a green timing point at 01:32:806 -
- I find it really weird that after the last break starting at 02:51:082 (1) - going to the end, you use a different DS than you did anywhere else in your map (1.3 instead of 1.2) which is larger than the kiais.
- 00:24:875 (1,1) - Tidy up the blanket to look more polished
- 00:35:047 (4,5) - Fix the DS here
- 00:37:633 (2,3,4,5) - The really linear motion makes this pattern kind of dull, consider changing the shape/direction of 5 to make the pattern more interesting.
- 00:45:737 (2,3) - Why the lower DS here? I think this would play better as a consistent DS of 1.4
- 00:51:082 (1,2,3,4) - These aren't really consistent amongst themselves. I'd recommend using 1,2s placement and copy/pasting them onto 3,4's placement to make it more consistent.
- 02:33:840 (3,4) - What if you flipped one of these as a callback to 01:27:633 (3,4) - and also to make the DS to 02:34:530 (1) - 1.4
- 00:45:909 (3,4,5,6,1) - Personal pet peeve, but changing direction before a strong beat just feels wrong (except in jump streams), so I'd rework this to make the stream flow into the kick.
- 01:07:891 (4,1) - This is a rather large jumpstream for 174 BPM at your SR.
- 01:14:358 (5) - I'd move the 5 down and left with respect to the 01:14:530 (1) - . This is because with your current pattern you end up with a really weird awkward zig-zag that doesn't quite flow as smooth as it could, but this can easily be solved by continuing your clockwise flow.
- 02:25:220 (3,4,5,6,7) - 02:30:737 (3,4,5,6,7) - 02:39:013 (3,4,5,6,7) - I would nerf the DS on the streams here to make it flow a bit better. The jump streams here a big step up from the rest of the map, and considering this kiai is the same as the previous, you shouldn't have a very large difficulty difference between the two.
- 03:04:013 (4) - Based on previous patterns (00:40:392 (1) - ), shouldn't this be NC'd?
- 03:04:702 (9,1) - Such a large jump for such a calm part of the song.
- 03:07:116 (3,4,5,1) - I'd rework the positioning of these so that it flows a bit less like a lopsided square. Personally, I preferred something like this:

No I want to keep the flow and movement because I feel it expresses the music well. Creativity is limited in Normal and Easy diffs so slider shapes and flow are all I have to work with. It doesn't look all that ugly either really. You might notice that this shape isn't used in any of the other instances to express that sound, example: 00:41:427 (5) - . I use different shapes and different directions in different parts where the sound is played because the patterns that came before it were different. So depending on the context different shapes will express the sound better.
- 00:39:702 (2) - Finish? Okie
- 00:44:185 (1) - Finish on sliderend? Okie
- Finish? Ehh.. missing timestamp?
- 01:29:702 (2,3) - DS on the 2. Yeah My mouse wheel is broken. Sometimes it just scrolls up or down randomly because it's loose from it's fitting so that might have happend in editor and it might have accidentally changed the DS. Thanks for catching this.

- 01:05:392 - Skipping this noise in the map is kind of jarring, why did you leave it out? Mapping it is even more jarring because it forces me to randomly switch polarity which disrupts the steady rhythm I've created with repetition throughout the song.

I've made everything in the second kiai slightly harder, larger jumps, sharper angles etc. I'm doing this because in the 2nd kiai there're more instruments playing in the background. They make this section more uplifting than the first and thus more special. I'm trying to express that. The sharp flow and jump for these patterns in particular I'd say actually express the music better than the 01:19:013 (1,2,3,4,5) - I have in the first kiai. I'm not going to change the patterns in the first kiai for the sake of "consistency" tho because having the jump stream only be in the 2nd kiai makes it all that more special.

It's like that because I told CBH to Map it like that. If you look at the other diff's you'll see that they also use techniques them would not normally be used in those kinds of diffs. The insane for example has a few stream jumps which almost puts it on the verge of being an expert. The normal is also on the verge of being an advanced and the advanced is on the verge of being a hard. I told CBH to map his diff that way to continue the trend being followed in the set. You could say that the diff is a little over done but it is not over mapped please don't get the two mixed up. It isn't required that your map have an easy diff either. Some songs are too fast and dense that it's almost impossible to map an easy for them.BounceBabe wrote:
