How the votes were counted
When CLSW passed the thread to me, I began right where he left off, so you can be assured that all counting remained the same. The point distribution is as follows: a rank 1 vote is equal to 20 points, a rank 2 vote is equal to 19 points, and so on, with a rank 20 vote being worth 1 point. Those points were calculated and each player has placed on this list ranked by the amount of points they've collected by their fellow CTB players. For clarity, I will not include players with only one vote, players that fell below a certain threshold of points, or blatant troll votes (example: voting Ascendance 20 times, even though that is the right decision.) Also, to note, no bonuses were given to players for playing in CWC finals, nor were any other bonuses awarded, despite the other thread allowing for such points to be distributed. I've decided to keep this completely fair, and up to the public to decide on the outcome of this vote.

I'd be willing to put one together if people are willing to lend their voices towards doing this. The obvious requirements is that you should have enough knowledge of the English language to properly communicate, and a strong enough voice to where I don't need to modify your voice to be heard.
