It seems you add NC when vocal starts. But I prefer add NC when a bar start. NC in my mod just opinions, you can ignore them if you do not like the style I add NC.

  2. 00:15:320 (4) - このサークルのみスタックされているので流れが不自然に止まっているように感じます。添付画像のように再配置してみては如何ですか

    00:27:969 (2,3,4,5,6) - を正三角形配置にすると見栄えが良くなるかと思います。2と345は00:27:483 (1) - にblanketされているみたいなので活用して、120°回転させて正三角形を作ってみて下さい。2と345でblanketの度合を統一すると、6がスライダーに重ならなくなるのでお勧めです。
    尚、この配置にした場合00:28:456 (6,7,1) - の流れが壊滅的になるので、345と6の位置を入れ替えて7のスライダーを反転させると対策できるかと思います。
    長々と説明してよくわからないことになってしまいましたが、画像とcodeを添付しますのでよかったら試してみてください。
