Can someone explain why i need at least 5 Players to Sign up? Is the Team Captain an actual Player?

In the past, when teams only have 4 players, forfeits become very common as the team with 4 only players total just couldn't bring enough players to play the match, because some people will always just be unavailable to play. Therefore, we increase the minimum limit of players required to sign up to 5, so that each team will ( hopefully ) always have at least 4 players to play each match and avoid no-shows.

Also, yes, the team captain is an actual player who can play the matches.
