Like Electovoid already said, it is not really a good idea to start a tournament without a staff, schedule or rank limitation. Most of the players who register will not participate in the end due to the schedule that was not released earlyer.
I haven't organised an osu! tournament yet, but participated in quite a few and already organised tournaments for other games. So I would also offer my help, because I think that tournaments are a huge part of osu! and it's good to see that there are so many people willing to organise a tournament. Just PM me when you need my help

I would help pick maps for mappool since i fanboy a lot of mappers and talk to a lot of both veteran and up-start mappers, but im registered on the tourney and i can make it biased for my team haha. Try to ask around instead of waiting for a volunteer

BTW I am no tournament expert but if it is no rank limit tourney, you should tune the diffs down a bit, the lowest being 4 stars is fine but 7 stars as the highest is not the best idea, maybe tune it to 5.3 stars as the highest? Like I said I am no expert but 7 stars is a bit out there, I am sure someone will help explain what I mean.
