I think in general it's quite good. However Extra feels like it can't quite highlight some of the interesting rhythm in this song, while Kanto's Insane is really good at it.
For easier diffs, you should have a think whether it's good to follow the strong note (sometimes they're on the red ticks) or the white ticks for readability.

Also pattern that go from white tick -> blue tick should only be used when the music is actually complex, the piano sound here is like a improvisation thing. I basically stacked the blue tick notes with the 1/2 sliderheads.
