I think it is time to add in settings a separate menu to select the cursor and cursor tail. ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

One simple option for a cursortrail isn't going to happen.
Support these instead:
- t/203338/start=0
- t/96865
+ more when I find
