Hi!, here is my mod from the NM queue

Easy
00:06:747 (4,5) - I've found so much errors of distance in your map, as this is an easy difficulty, It must be correctly distanced because new players are looking for this difficulty, from this point you started to put at the same distance every slider, For Easy this distance is too much although it's correctly distanced respect to the other notes
00:26:102 (4,5,6,1) - Make a more symmetrical square
00:27:553 (1,2) - Separate more these 2
00:42:069 (9,4) - Stack 4 with 9
00:50:779 (1,2) - they are very far from each other
00:52:715 (4,5,6) - The same
00:55:134 (7,8,9) - seems like if It was taken from a hard difficulty :o

I recommend to make again this difficulty but anyway i'll tell you the errors and why i think you should remap:

And problems like this are repeated through the entire the song and that's why i'll stop here with these patterns

And your Normal is like hard because use 1/4 beat and fast SV

Hi ~ from my queue

As i described in rules : "i m not so good at modding stuff easier than insane ~ but if i like the song ~ i will try to mod easier diffs aswell ~ if not - i will just point out main flaws with those diffs if there are any" ~~ this mod will be a shorty

General :
  1. Change/Delete Combo Color 5 since Pure white color is not rankable
  2. Combo Colors 1 and 3 dont match the current BG ~ change them
  3. Disable countdown
  4. Disable Widescreen support and LetterBox during breaks
  5. BG is greater than 1366x768 pixels ~ so resize the bg aswell
Hard :
  1. Increase OD to 6
  2. 00:50:779 - better do this ~
  3. 00:58:521 (5) - start the nc from here
  4. 01:05:537 (4,5) - stack these
  5. 01:16:182 (2,3) - they are too close
  6. 01:17:150 (6,1) - ^
Increase OD of Normal to 4 And OD of easy to 2

Also try adjusting the volume ~ 100% is high for this song

00:33:844 (1) - Replace it by something, it’s too short and gives low time to react

00:38:198 (1) - You must map those lyrics entirely, otherwise it leaves a hole ( I suggest 2 circles then 1 slider so it doesn’t get monotonous )

00:49:811 and 00:50:295 - Same here, 2 circles to map entirely the lyrics ( though putting nothing here is understandable to some extent )

01:04:327 (1) - The spinner doesn’t really fit in, the player has quite a low reaction window and if you lengthen that window the spinner becomes too short and weird to play. I suggest putting a 2 - beat slider then either a circle or nothing depending if you decide to map 00:49:811 and 00:50:295 ( stay consistent though or you might confuse the player )

01:13:521 - Same as 00:49:811

01:21:747 (1) - Make it last till 01:24:529 ( it’s where the trumpet phrase as well as the voice end

01:27:553 (1) - since there’s already a spinner 5 seconds before I’d put a fancy slider instead

01:12:311 (8) - Sounds weird, remove and put a circle at 01:12:553 instead

Overall that diff was way better than the 2 previous ones.

00:16:424 (2,3,4,5) - consistency. At 00:16:424 (2,3,4) you map the trumpet and then you go for the lyrics at 00:17:392 (5). Since there are not much lyrics here you should either put a spinner or map the trumpet : make 00:17:392 (5) start at 00:17:271, lengthen it by 1 beat, and put a circle at 00:17:755.

01:00:456 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - nothing to say here except that I really love that part. Keep at all cost.

01:05:053 (2) - Please don’t do that. It’s too hard to read and is very frustrating for the player.

01:18:965 (4) - consistency blah blah blah… shorten it to 01:19:206 and add a circle at 01:19:327 to keep up with the lyrics

01:21:747 (1) - lengthen to 01:23:440

That’s all I have to say about your mapset, overall remember one keyword : consistency.

I'm not sure if the background video will be allowed due to the nudity, even if they may have barbie-doll anatomy.

Normal and Hard still have the white combo color which you removed after a previous mod in Easy. That white combo colors are painful to look at especially during kiai is true for any difficulty, and you should remove it from these two as well.

The metadata needs to be the following:
Artist:酒井ミキオ
Romaji Artist: Sakai Mikio
Title: アイデンティティ (TV ver.)
Romaji Title: Identity (TV ver.)

Be sure to change this on every difficulty!

Your map doesn't have any hitsounds, it's highly reccomended you add some.

[Easy]
Spinners
00:17:392 (1) , 00:33:844 (1) , 01:04:327 (1) - While these spinners may be fitting in harder diffulties, some of these are too short for a beginner player to be able to get up to speed fast enough on, and the notes afterwards come before they can re-orient themselves after spinning. In these cases, I reccomend replacing these spinners with a different pattern of hitcircles and sliders.


Sliders
00:09:166 (2) , 00:21:263 (3) - you should redraw these two sliders. For some reason they are not currently following the osu(Tm) circle formula that would make them look like nice curves like the rest of the sliders do. Re-making them is the best solution to this.
i.e: (2) before and after with the exact same points. It's a slight difference, but helps to make the slider more even.

Spacing
Throughout the difficulty there is a lot of overlapping, which if not done intentionally can look sloppy and should probably be fixed.
I suggest trying to move them around to make better use of the space. Don't fear the edges of the screen (which you currently ignore).
This is part of a larger issue that many of your patterns do not use very much of the screen, and end up looking cramped as a result.
Examples:

00:23:682 (1,2,3,4,5) - this part especially, there it is a lot of overlapping to the point it may be confusing for a beginner to read and should be rearranged to reduce the amount of overlapping happening.
00:51:747 (2,3,4) - For these three, I suggest perhaps moving (3) to around x: 320 y:134 and (4) to x:226 y:59. It doesn't have to be those exact coordinates, but hopefully you can see how positioning them this way can reduce overlapping and help make the map look cleaner.
00:56:586 (7,1,2) - this can be fixed by moving (7) then (1) to the right in order. You may need to rotate (1) around a bit and move 00:58:521 (2) - to not break distance spacing afterwords, but yee.


[Normal]
What I said regarding spacing in Easy still applies in this difficulty. Stop overlapping.
00:07:231 (3) - there isn't any very strong sound where the reverse slider is, this may fit better as a long slider from 00:07:231 to 00:07:715 .
00:25:618 (6) - This slider has the same issue as 00:09:166 (2) and 00:21:263 (3) in easy in that its curve doesn't follow a nice arc. (Re-make)
00:29:005 (4) - move this note to 00:29:489 (4) instead and add two hit circles on 00:29:005 and 00:29:247 , this way the long slider here will be accentuating the held note in the vocals and trumpet (?) both.
00:43:037 (1,2,3,4,5) - I especially like this part! Nice!
00:46:666 (4) - in having a slider here, you make it less possible to place hitcircles on 00:46:908 and 00:47:271 , making the transition to 00:47:634 (6,7) - which follow the other vocals more abrupt and not make too much sense. I suggest removing the slider here and adding the hitcircles at those time.
00:52:473 - there should really be a hit circle here. To emhpasize the "no".

[Hard]
00:02:392 (1) - the part you start mapping here is kind of quiet, so I reccomend adding an inherited timing point (ctrl+shift+p) and using it to lower hitsound volume because currently the hitsounds overwhelm the sound you're mapping to the point it can't be heard. Be sure to add another inherited timing point to raise the volume back up at 00:04:327 .
00:13:521 (4) - in this case, this slider is a bit small that trying to give it speciall shapes just makes it look crumpled. A simple curve may look and play better.
00:35:295 (1,2) - Due to stacking, this hitcircle ends up under the slider and very difficult to see. A solution to this is manually moving it 4 pixels up and left each of where the end of the slider is, so that it looks stacked without this happening. Image of resulting look
00:53:924 (2,3,4) - Perhaps change to a rhythm like this.

Since Noffy already modded this difficulty, I won't get nitpicky about it. But I do want to say that you don't need to follow grid snap. It makes things look pretty, but also makes a lot of sliders look not nice. Also makes the rhythms very stagnet. So please consider that in the future!

00:29:005 (4) - This should be move to 00:29:489 - and have at circle at 00:29:005 -
00:30:940 (7,8) - Remove. Have a slider at 00:30:940 -
00:35:295 (5,6) - Remove. Change to a slider starting from where the first note was, to where the second note was.
00:36:747 (6) - This should be moved to 00:37:231 - because it follows the vocals better here.
00:50:779 (2) - NC. The slider velocity changes, so the player should know.
00:57:795 (2) - This should be extended to the white tick.
00:57:795 (2) - This overlaps 00:58:521 (4) - (Looks ugly.)
At the start of 00:53:682 - I think would be a better rhythm.
01:01:424 (3) - Remove one reverse, and leave a pause for the player. Matches the vocal better like that.
01:03:118 - Add a note here. It gets more intense in this section, and you should compensate for it.
01:03:360 (2) - Change to reverse slider. Same reason as above. ^
01:07:715 (7) - Shorten. Have it end at 01:07:956 - Matches rhythm better.
Add a slider at 01:08:198 - and have it end at 01:08:682 - ^
01:10:134 (4) - Remove. Add a slider that ends at 01:10:618 - it matches the held out vocal.
01:11:586 (7) - Shorten to end at 01:11:827 - and add a circle at 01:12:069 - The original slider was too long for the vocals here.

modding is keep repeating. The problem is, you use slider end at white, it is bad to do so.... becasue there are strong beat mainly on the big ticks. Also, listen to the strong beats, like 01:16:182 - 01:16:666 - 01:17:150 - 01:17:634 -

I read your 3 diff, I think the main problem still the patterns and rhythms
For rhythms, slider end problem exist in Easy and Normal (eg: 00:29:005 (4) - in normal). Also, you empty a lot of beats, it makes your map quite weird to play. try to fill them.
For patterns, poor overlapping exists in Hard diff, like 00:00:819 (2,4) - . Also, it is quite messy and hard to read. Try to learn pattern from ranked map.
