here it repeats 00:08:198 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) -
00:19:811 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) -
And problems like this are repeated through the entire the song and that's why i'll stop here with these patterns
00:12:795 (3,4) - These 2 are very close to each other
00:28:279 (3,4) - Same
01:01:908 (4,5,1) - In a normal difficulty you can't put the notes at different distances when they have the same time interval
I'll stop here because is redundant this mistakes

Your Easy actually is a normal, because use 1/2 beat snap divisor and the total note..
And your Normal is like hard because use 1/4 beat and fast SVEasyl

Decrease Slider Velocity to 1.0 or 1.1 , too fast for easy
If you follow guide above and applying 1/1 beat snap divisor, then change Distacne snap to 0.8 ,that is why Star Rate so high
Don't use SV change in Easy, that will make too hard.
