why would you use something like https://puu.sh/xy4x8/b320e4984a.log to confirm metadata? isn't it something you can manually edit?

The log file was included in the album, so it has to be Taishi/Electro.muster who made it. Also the log file were the best source I found to get the metadata as the other sources doesn't give much info about the actual song metadata

I think the part after "VOCALOID" is the song metadata, and the next part after the \ is the album name, or perhaps it's the opposite (?)

I wonder which artist name is the most convincing, but I choose Electro.muster & WOM feat. Aoki Lapis because it seems more promising considering that the vocaloid is the feature and taishi is basically Electro.muster and the other producer is WOM 
based on booklet artist would be solely 蒼姫ラピ because we prioritize vocalist if it's a song with lyrics
but in this case 蒼姫ラピ is vocaloid so we should normally only put composer to the artist
