[resolved] Need help uploading profile banner on user page

Problem Details:
Hello! I need some help uploading a profile banner on my user page, i used the img button and put the imgur link into it but after i press upload and go to my profile it just shows a text 'image'

Use this instead:

Did you use the direct link to the image?

Like this:
[img]https://imgur-archive.ppy.sh/dcTIDb1.png[/img]

And not like this:
[img]http://imgur.com/dcTIDb1[/img]

If so, can you actually put it in your userpage (or wherever) so that I can have a look at it when it's not working?

Thanks guys for the help, guess i just needed to add the .jpg or .png behind :)

Copy the direct link to the image and use that instead. If you don't you're linking to an entire page instead of just the image you want, so that can't be used to embed the image.

Please create your own thread instead of bumping a resolved issue from a year ago

In your post, include exactly what you have tried so the advice is not repetitive
