difficulty name doesn't relate to the song, the only relevance it seems to have is to the mapper, which breaks the "difficulty's name must be unrelated to a username" rule

X (deemed acceptable as it is not directly related to the mapper iceOC like "iceOC" and "Ice" as custom name and can be regarded as possible signature name establishment like "Taikosaki", "TAIKO-HOLIC", "Raidcore" and so on)
