Overall issues with the top diff's inconsistencies and lots of suggestions.

Also some issues with unclear repeat arrow on the Insane, and (subjectively) poor hitsounding choice for the map's intro by putting whistles on every single note.

Vocals are extremely off in many places, and because the mapper seems to be following these vocals really closely with rhythm choices, more complex timing is necessary. Also some other off-timed stuff here and there.
