It's all about the -PC's Extra diff in CtB. The map shows as a 7.80* difficulty, while actually being a 3.97*. To fix this all the mapper has to do is SAVE the file and it'll fix the difficulty to it's proper star rating. Nothing has to be changed in the map itself, just a simple save and it's fixed.

This is a bug and has happened before with certain converts.
