I have no idea what this answer to someone being legit concerned is supposed to be or supposed to say, I asked a few similar questions before and got answers like

"why not?"
"it's rest time lol"
"this is funny ikr"

and the likes, idk how this answers any of the questions asked or anything at all. If someone would mind doublechecking this and deciding where it's supposed to stay, that would be cool ("TEMPORARY QUALIFIED" on the description seems like he's expecting someone to take it down)

There are still things to address and already many things were mentioned. That is, not mapping to music properly (overmapping and undermapping), most likely insensible background choice, but that's not big reason here, very repetetive and insensible patterning when it comes to kiai part, hitsounds are just meme sounds, which aren't even related to the song.

The answers given by Fort are either "fun" or "it's not overmapped, look at hitsounds" - By adding hitsounds, you are not getting a rid off the fact that you are mapping nothing. He mostly doesn't give any constructive arguments and doesn't explain why those issues aren't issues.

04:31:922 (2) - I don't think it's allowed to use absolutely silent samples. True, there are whistles on each tap but still afaik this isn't right.
04:53:865 (1) - You are not allowed to mute both sliderslide and sliderticks.

A rule is still a rule. Both sliderslide and sliderticks cannot be muted at the same time.

The main problem of this mapset in my opinion is hitsound inconsistency and also I put some suggestions in some diffs as well.

mmmm I'm not sure how the QAT will handle this situation, since the mapping contribution from the set owner is less than the one from guest. There was some discussion in t/468358&start=0 and seems mostly everyone disagree, so I'm curious if mapping less is allowed now, since there was a case were a map got DQ because of this already, so I guess the same should apply to this map.
