How to play in windowed mode?

YES, I tried disabling fullscreen in the settings

but it STILL does not work!

I know there was an old forum about this, but the method on the forum did not work, and I don't want to necropost

Change your resolution. Why would you want to play windowed though? That increases latency.

And also, you should post this on Help not General Discussions. Please read each subforum's description before making a thread.

why does my latency DECREASE in windowed xD. 5ms in fullscreen 2ms in windowed... weird af
