I don't think supporter allows you to upload more than the base number of beatmaps in a month, rather, it just allows you to have more pending submissions at once (since submissions can and probably will take longer than a month to be ranked or rejected)

you can have 5 if you have 1 ranked map
you can have 6 if you have 2 ranked maps
....
you get the idea. It goes up to 10 when you have 6 ranked maps
