Hello, as the title suggests, I'm trying to claim an username for an inactive user that hasn't logged in for 3 years or played any maps on their account.

I wonder if it's something that can be done, since they've pretty much taken away the opportunity from anyone to use that certain name and not do anything with it their-self.
