Suggestions for ctb.
  • Cup
  1. 00:18:153 - Delicate increase distance from precious third slider and next one. Can move 2nd long slider a bit too.
  2. 00:33:577 - Hitsound? (Finisher?) Check if in other difficulty is there or not.
  3. 00:43:746 - I guess ctrl - g this slider
  4. 01:21:374 - Bit more to left. Hasty players might miss. Moving it a bit to left might make next circles easier to catch too

    Pretty nice to play. I like it.
  • Salad

Hmm.. too much dashes for salad.
  1. 00:04:085 - Reduce distance from previous circle to this slider
  2. 00:06:797 - Reduce distance from previous slider to this slider. You can move next slider a bit too to make it fit well.
  3. 00:32:051 - VERY Delicate distance reduction.. maybe 1mm?
  4. 00:40:018 - Need to use dash to catch this. New players might miss droplets reason of that. Bit closer to previous slider
  5. 01:38:323 - Delicate to right but no need too.
  6. 01:48:492 - Need to use dash to catch this. Maybe move this slider bit to left? (Sometimes with using dash i can't catch it.)

  1. 00:48:492 - I don't know if HDash fit here. Think if it fits or not. For me rather doesn't

    Nothing strange i have noticed here.. maybe other hdashes might be weird but not really sure.
For Rain rather i have no idea what to suggest.. only that Kiai moment is confusing me a little bit before end. And for dose? I need more experience to take a look

  1. Try AR9.2 - 9.4, its better, especially on the first 20 seconds of the song.
  2. 00:09:170 (4) - ctrl+g
  3. 00:10:950 - Move the tail at this point x:472
  4. 00:12:051 (6,1,2) - Make 6 hdash. its smoother, and it is easier to catch 1 and 2 especially on low-end devices.
  5. 00:20:367 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - suggestion: make all 2's hdash
  6. 00:25:102 (4) - x:344
  7. 00:33:916 (1,2) - make its pattern the same as 00:34:594 (3,4)
  8. 00:42:051 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - make all slider's tail hdash
  9. 00:44:085 (1,2) - move 1 to x:488 then move 2 to x:256 and move 2's tail to x:240
  10. The stream <3
  11. 01:42:390 (1,2) - this one is very hard to catch,well for you, of course, its easy, i recommend to move 1 to x:112 and ctrl+g

00:12:560 (2) - i really suggest you should move this beat to x=296 , since the previous position makes the 00:12:051 (6,1,2) - looks like timing jump
00:15:102 (2) - maybe you should move this beat to x=144 to make the jump have a nicer distance
00:19:001 (1) - maybe you should move this slider to x=96 , for an ideal position
00:25:611 (2) - i think you should use normal beat & place it on x=128 ,because it kinda weird & hard to reflex if you using slider
01:25:272 (5) - you should move this beat to x=120 , it's really important because the current position are very hard to catch

Heya, random mod taiko, just a couple of general suggestions

General stuff first:
  1. I think you should remove the first kiai burst and make it similar to Chara's diffs, the song doesn't feel that intense, it would be enough if you just use a finish on 00:23:068 instead and remove the burst.
  2. Moving on from the first point, the whole spread kind of misses out potential emphasis and structure through finishes, you could easily do something simple like use finishes at 00:33:916 or 00:23:068 to transition better between the different parts of the map.
  3. Slider tick rate should be 1.
Kantan
  1. I think you should remove the spinner starting on 00:20:357 and map to the strong beats like on 00:21:712 or 00:22:390, it would also be good if you capture the sound on 00:20:018 with a 2-note 1/1 starting here.
  2. You should use at least some 1/1 patterns in your kantan, maybe monotonous 3-note from 01:32:221 for example and finish on 01:33:577. As of now, this diff is 2/1 all day, no finishes or anything that would make it interesting. You could also use 1/1 3-note from 00:46:119 ddd for the low sound and then 1/1 3-note k from 00:48:831 for example, or just use some 1/1 in the kiai time.
Futsuu
  1. I think you could use some more 1/2 notes and restructure, eg. remove 00:50:526 and have a note at 00:49:679.
  2. It doesn't really make sense if you leave out strong sounds such as 00:51:543, leaving out 00:53:238 and adding a note on 00:54:085 would be much better.
  3. Stuff like 00:54:255 should be a finish imo, and you're missing one on 00:55:272 as well.
  4. Break between 01:28:831 (193,194) feels off, this is just the start of kiai which should be a bit more intense imo, so why have a break right away? You could add a note on 01:28:662 and move 01:29:848 to 01:29:170 or something, sounds and plays much better imo.
Muzu, Oni and Inner Oni
  1. Just gonna throw these together because they have a similar problem: How are you going to make a nice buildup if you start with really high density before 00:12:221 and then fall off. I think you should follow the background drums more instead of the melody, this will reduce your note density and still give nice structure, eg in Muzu 00:10:865 (45,46,47) ddk, remove 00:11:374 (48,50) and 00:11:543 (49,51,52) d k D or something. In inner, you could aim to bring together the melody + drums more, eg 00:02:221 k and 00:02:729 k as well.
  2. Why is the note density in the intro higher in Oni than in inner oni, this doesn't make sense at all.
  3. Structure in Oni is really poor in places due to lack of breaks, you could well remove notes like 00:35:441 and 00:38:153 for example. The 1/2 chain starting from 00:44:763 if you remove 00:44:933 and 00:46:289 and 00:46:628 for example for a 1-5-1 structure. You can do much more for emphasis with a few 1/1 spacings.
  4. Streams feel pretty random at times in the inner oni, you could do much better with structure. I think you could break up the stream ending on 01:30:018 by removing 01:29:424 for example and add a note on 01:30:102 for example, this feels so random otherwise. You could also have 2 doubles starting from 01:30:357 by removing 01:30:526 or add a note on 01:30:950 and start a 5-note 1/4 from 01:31:543 with k for the high sounds here for example.
All in all, structure and emphasis are really poor in places due to continuous 1/2 patterns and the lack of finishes makes some parts sound really underwhelming imo. Feel free to poke me in-game if you have any questions.

As of now, this diff is 2/1 all day, no finishes or anything that would make it interesting. You could also use 1/1 3-note from 00:46:119 ddd for the low sound and then 1/1 3-note k from 00:48:831 for example, or just use some 1/1 in the kiai time.

  1. I think you could use some more 1/2 notes and restructure, eg. remove 00:50:526 and have a note at 00:49:679.
  2. It doesn't really make sense if you leave out strong sounds such as 00:51:543, leaving out 00:53:238 and adding a note on 00:54:085 would be much better.
  3. Stuff like 00:54:255 should be a finish imo, and you're missing one on 00:55:272 as well.
  4. Break between 01:28:831 (193,194) feels off, this is just the start of kiai which should be a bit more intense imo, so why have a break right away? You could add a note on 01:28:662 and move 01:29:848 to 01:29:170 or something, sounds and plays much better imo.
Muzu, Oni and Inner Oni
  1. Just gonna throw these together because they have a similar problem: How are you going to make a nice buildup if you start with really high density before 00:12:221 and then fall off. I think you should follow the background drums more instead of the melody, this will reduce your note density and still give nice structure, eg in Muzu 00:10:865 (45,46,47) ddk, remove 00:11:374 (48,50) and 00:11:543 (49,51,52) d k D or something. In inner, you could aim to bring together the melody + drums more, eg 00:02:221 k and 00:02:729 k as well.
  2. Why is the note density in the intro higher in Oni than in inner oni, this doesn't make sense at all.
  3. Structure in Oni is really poor in places due to lack of breaks, you could well remove notes like 00:35:441 and 00:38:153 for example. The 1/2 chain starting from 00:44:763 if you remove 00:44:933 and 00:46:289 and 00:46:628 for example for a 1-5-1 structure. You can do much more for emphasis with a few 1/1 spacings.
  4. Streams feel pretty random at times in the inner oni, you could do much better with structure. I think you could break up the stream ending on 01:30:018 by removing 01:29:424 for example and add a note on 01:30:102 for example, this feels so random otherwise. You could also have 2 doubles starting from 01:30:357 by removing 01:30:526 or add a note on 01:30:950 and start a 5-note 1/4 from 01:31:543 with k for the high sounds here for example.
All in all, structure and emphasis are really poor in places due to continuous 1/2 patterns and the lack of finishes makes some parts sound really underwhelming imo. Feel free to poke me in-game if you have any questions.

About the 1/2 its kinda inevitable without me overmapping a bit, and my overmapping is really bad to be honest, sorry ;w;
and about the finishers, i kinda cant hear them well, and when i map i kinda forget about them orz
also that Random stream i did at inner, i literally did it because i was hyped, but i forgot to fix it, remapped that section

General Comments:

  1. Song Folder: No issues
  2. Song Setup: AR8.2 on the Platter leaves a huge gap from Salad when the density isn't especially high. AR8 would be fine here. Also, taikos don't have a spinner at the end so the ending time is inconsistent with the ctb diffs. Nothing wrong with this, I just want to know if it's intentional or not.
  3. Metadata: Do you have a reliable source? I couldn't find this song anywhere lol
  4. Timing: No issues
  5. Hitsounds: No issues
  6. AImod: No issues

Difficulty-Specific Comments:

Cup
  1. 00:04:085 (3) - NC here since this combo stretches to 9 notes and you follow an 8 beat NC pattern for the rest of the song
  2. 00:06:119 (6,7,1) - Could do with more spacing here, this plays awkwardly atm as you have a stuttering motion where short taps are required. Additionally, 00:06:797 (1,1,3,3) - could all be made more horizontal or curved a little more for a more interesting playing experience. I know this is a Cup, but you can still make it fun to play
  3. 00:33:916 (1,1) - Because these curve back in slightly at the repeat arrow, the slider paths feel squashed causing a less than optimal droplet formation new players might struggle with. Better to make the repeat the furthest part of the curve for better flow
  4. 00:43:238 (4,1) - Tricky spacing for a Cup, especially right after the previous movement. Consider reducing
  5. 01:37:645 (1,2) - Awkward curves create a weird flow for the player with an unexpected direction change. Even though it's small, I feel a more normal flow would be better here
  6. 01:45:272 (3,4) - Odd rhythm choice here, since you have a weak head / strong tail on (3) and skip two strong synth beats on (4). Something like this would fit much better

  1. 00:03:746 (5,1) - 00:06:458 (5,1) - etc. Ambiguous spacing which might confuse the player as to whether or not to dash. For weak sounds early in the song, I'd reduce thesre to be caught more easily without dash. If you want to clarify anything as a dash, make it 00:11:882 (2,1)
  2. 00:28:153 (5,1) - 00:30:865 (5,1) - 00:33:577 (6,1) - etc. If sounds like these are intended for jumps, you really need more spacing here.
  3. 00:42:899 (1) - I don't see a reason to NC here. The beat isn't that strong, there's no jump and the combo isn't excessively long
  4. 01:27:475 (2,3,1) - Incorrect emphasis, why jump to (3) but not (1) which is stronger and starts the kiai?
  5. 01:38:153 (4,5) - Dashing into antiflow will be very difficult for newer players. Consider a more normal flow here
  6. 01:39:001 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - Whilst these are angled enough to be caught by stacking, new players will naturally follow the slider path as closely as possible, making this much harder than it should be. Fewer direction changes and smoother flow please
  7. 01:42:899 (3,4) - Why is there a 1/2 dash here when you have no dashes to strong cymbal+synth sounds like 01:43:407 (4,5,1) - 01:45:272 (3,4) - 01:48:323 (3,4,5) - etc.?
All in all there are a lot of confusing spacings in this diff where jumps I think are intended, but not executed properly.

  1. 00:06:458 (6,1) - There are no other hypers in the calm intro section so it feels odd to have one here. I'd make this a regular dash instead
  2. 00:08:831 (5,6,7,8) - Pitch is noticeably different from previous 4plets, so consider an alternative pattern here for variety
  3. 00:11:204 (2,3) - Really harsh jump for a non-hyper in a calm part of the song. Please reduce this
  4. 00:13:577 (3) - 00:16:289 (5) - NC these for more manageable combo lengths please
  5. 00:24:255 (4) - Missing NC? This combo is really long and following combos are much shorter than this
  6. 00:30:018 (4) - 00:35:272 (5) - 00:37:984 (5) - etc. missing NCs
  7. 00:49:679 (3) - Poor emphasis by ending the slider on a strong sound. Either move 00:49:509 (2,3) forward 1/2 and add a circle at 00:49:340 - or do the same but with (3) as a circle (if you want that 1/1 pause to 00:50:187 (1) - still)
  8. 01:00:187 (5) - These would be better separated as two circles since they are both strong, clearly distinguishable sounds with no held note between them. You could maybe add a little jump here to emphasise that
  9. 01:21:712 (5,6) - This antiflow into dash into antiflow is pretty awkward for this level of difficulty. better to make (5) three circles moving right, and making (6) face right also instead of left for smoother flow
  10. 01:31:543 (3,4) - Strong sound on slider tail, swapping the order of these would play better imo
  11. 01:41:035 (4) - Why no NC here when you NC'd all previous instances? Tbh I think these are fine without the NC, but please make them consistent either way
  12. 01:43:746 (5) - Separate into two 1/2 sliders with a jump, that strong cymbal sound loses a lot of emphasis as a repeat tick
  13. 01:38:323 (1,2) - Unexpected direction change is uncomfortable to play imo, would be better if (2) was on the right of (1)
  14. 01:49:170 (1,1) - 1/2 spacing should be left between notes and spinner starts in Platter diffs over 120BPM, so please start the spinner 1/2 later at 01:50:018 instead
I actually like this diff a lot, but there are quite a lot of strong regular dashes that I feel are excessive for this difficulty that bring it down slightly. I'd go over this once or twice to make things a tiny bit more comfortable

Rain
  1. 00:27:814 (5,6) - Spacing is very low here making it easy to overshoot and miss the hyper, consider increasing this a little
  2. 00:31:543 (2,3) - Very harsh for a non-hyper, either make this a hyper or reduce considerably
  3. 00:34:594 (1) - 00:37:306 (1) - NCs here feel unnecessary, no real strong sounds or patterns to require them and combo length isn't an issue
  4. 00:47:136 (4,1) - Not as bad as 00:31:543 (2,3) but could still do with being nerfed a little imo, especially since you're in a calmer section here
  5. 01:30:187 (3) - NC would be nice here to break up this long combo like you did for 01:28:831 (1) -
  6. 01:31:543 (6,1) - Swap NC, NC for just one note is really unnecessary
  7. 01:38:746 (6,7,8,1) - This feels excessive for a Rain, rapidly chained, strong inverted 1/4 hypers... A more normal flow would fit better if you want to keep the hypers here
  8. 01:41:035 (1) - Separating these and adding a direction change would be nice since the tail is a stronger beat than in previous patterns
  9. 01:42:899 (1) - Such a strong sound on a slider tail loses a lot of emphasis here, consider separating these and adding a jump
  10. 01:47:136 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6) - This is way too excessive for a Rain, regular dashes and a hyper at 01:47:645 (6,1) and 01:48:323 (6,1) would play much better for a level of this difficulty
