Hi.
Here you have a list with all the 9k maps that there are on osu! If you have any map that there isn't here, tell me it and I will add it.
I will try to update the post every week, sometimes it won't be possible but well.

There are 3 sections: Ranked/Qualifed maps, Unrankeds and Packs. I have tested all the maps for know if post it or not. There are good maps and... well, normal maps, but I have wanted share all the maps I found with you. I recomend download all the maps and after this delete the maps that you don't like.
Between the song name and creator, there is a number, ex: 5* or 3* - 5*. It wants to say that the map haves one diff with 5* or haves two or more diffs between 3* - 5*. ("*" means stars for the dsfdsfds). There are a lot of maps with more diffs but no 9k. I only show the 9k diffs

My keyboard doesn't detecte 9 keys pressed at the same time!!! Can I do something for solve this?!?!
This problem is called "Ghosting", here you have a page where microsoft explan this.
You only can try to find a 9k configuration without ghosting for your keyboard (ex: I can't play 7k with "z x c spcae m , ." but with "z x c space n m ," yes) but sometimes it won't work and you'll have to buy a keyboard with "Antighosting". or play with NF like me

When I try to play 9k the skin changes and I cant play!!!!!
You only need a 9k configuration for your skin.ini
Here you have a 9k skin with the configuration, if you don't know how to do this or you are having problems with the copy/paste you can ask.

Yoooo another 9k player! This is awesome! A few random thoughts:

In my opinion, I'd actually recommend using the pop'n music skin if you're planning on starting out with 9k. While there's a learning curve if you're transitioning from 7k, it'll help if you ever decide to move to actual pop'n music or bms/pms. If you're already used to your own skin, great! You can always skin other games if you move to them.

If you're just starting out with 9k, play the low star count songs and focus on hitting the correct note. Focus on not hitting any note other than the one you need to, it helps with finger independence/reading when you get to higher star songs. I know that in osu!mania you don't get penalized for hitting extra notes, but try not to let yourself get lazy with your fingers.

As for keybindings, if your keyboard supports other bindings, there are two main ways that I've seen people lay out their keys. There's the symmetric layout, where you have pinky, ring, middle, index, thumb, index, middle, ring, pinky for each button, in that order. The benefit of this style is that with the pop'n music skin, each color corresponds to a certain finger. So the red notes would correspond with your thumb, blue notes with your index fingers, green notes with your middle fingers, etc. However, the downside is that you're using two pinkies, which are weaker than using your thumb.
The other layout is duel thumb, where you have one hand using ring, middle, index, thumb, and the other hand using thumb, index, middle, ring, pinky. This style replaces a pinky with a thumb, which is a stronger finger. However, by using this style the colors of your skin may become misaligned with the fingers you use, although that can be overcome with playing more.
Honestly, both styles are perfectly fine, and there are overjoy players that use both styles. It's all down to preference.

nice to see more people trying 9k out as there weren't many maps just a few months ago but it's slowly growing and threads like these help enhance the experience by having direct access to quite a few files instead of searching every beatmap out there with no way to filter

9k seems to have grown considerably recently, but it would be great if there were more players and mappers

Also, I know of someone who doesn't use the '1 finger to 1 key' keyboard configuration, which is an interesting alternative, although personally I wouldn't recommend it if you are using keyboard

I'm not sure exactly but I think it is sdf (space) hjkl; or something similar with 5 keys for the 3 right hand fingers

By the way does anyone have a list of 9k maps with LNs? Just realized how much I suck at them after playing too much PMS.

There aren't a list. Download all the maps and you'll see that there are very few maps with lns, and a lot of this maps are bad maped. Anyway play this https://osu.ppy.sh/s/357861

Kruzon does have some nice 9k maps with LNs, but there isn't much more out there. Also they aren't LN heavy; more just having them at all

And if you wanna noodles you will have to make the map beacause there are like 4 maps with noodles xd

Oh I wasn't looking for noodle maps (can't even noodle on 7k >.>), I was just looking for maps that have LNs at all. If there really aren't that many, maybe I'll just shitmap some for my own practice
