Name of certain skin textures?

This is going to be a not-so-good visualisation of what I'm trying to talk about so I'll throw in a couple screenshots.

I'm working on a personal skin and I'm editing it off of my previous skin. On said old skin, there are these odd circle things that appear after hitting a note or hitcircle.

I've been searching through the skin's textures to find it but I couldn't seem to see anything. Maybe I missed it?

Thank you for the response. I'm looking through my packs. There is no file named lighting.png.
Is this the outdated name or is something weird going on?

most skins dont use it, and you make sure you got it enabled in a first place in options
