Problem Details:

So I went to put my release stream to fall back (cause I cant record in latest) and once I hit update, osu tried to open and showed the picture you see below. I have all the maps still but it took about 5 minutes to do.

Same here with same reason!
And even here nothing is missing.

But I guess fallback isn't supported anymore and nobody will help us.

Fallback isn't a supported build anymore, and is not recommended to use.

The beatmap database changed in newer builds so this is now a thing. Don't use fallback. It's no longer supported.
