Lately I've been doing good on low-bpm (130-170) maps but I've been struggling at mid-to-high bpm (190-240) maps, cause I can't singletap. Are there any maps to improve singletapping?

Every map. Seriously just play more. There are hundreds of maps for any given bpm you could want to play.

literally any 190+ bpm map will do
Whatever your max accurate single tapping BPM is, play a lot of that, and the ones slightly faster
