Problem Details:
my main HDD died so i used my backup HDD that has windows 7 on it
downloaded osu and stuck on "An error occured! Please check your internet connection."
(internet was working normally)

Sounds like some (rather serious) issues on your end. Make sure you have all available windows updates installed and try re-installing or repairing the .NET framework if you haven't already. If all else fails consider a system restore.

fixed the problem by reinstalling windows!, now the only problem is that downloading from server is very slow it kept failing and goes back to zero.
could you make a mirror from this files if possible?
