How can I remove the circle at the end slider in my skin?

I play with HD mod on a daily basis and this would definitely help my gameplay. I'm very used to this skin and I really like it but this is the only issue I have with it.
Other two things that might be useful:
How to add some color to the sliders with transparency and
How to remove the flashing/blinking on the skin during kiai time or whatever it's called. The flashing sometimes hurts my eyes/distracts during gameplay.
