Fuck you play this https://osu.ppy.sh/b/181253
I don't even consider these real streams but it's a relaxing map.

1) bpm less than 200
2) relatively simple aim wise
3) multiple streams longer than 7 notes but it doesn't have to be a "stream map", as long as streams appear in it often enough that it can be used to train
Well "doesn't have to be" and "shouldn't be" are vastly different.sayonara_sekai wrote:

Advicing to play grumd maps isn't a good idea for a beginner, because of all these varying shortslider-circle patterns

well guess I solved this mystery.
my hand position was such that my index finger had a significantly longer travel distance to the key as opposed to my main finger so even though I was moving my fingers correctly I was going off sync because one of the fingers was hitting delayed due to being further from the keys so my streaming ended up looking more like hitting doubles than 1/4 notes after the stream went on for longer than a few notes.

I still find this hard to wrap my head around.Kert wrote:

So you mean they're 240 1/2 singletapsBaka94 wrote:
Here are some streaming maps I like:
Yousei Teikoku - Kokou no Sousei (streaming speed is 120 even though BMP is 240)
They are 8th note spacing in 240 BPM. It technically is the same as 16th note spacing in 120 BPM map, which is what I meant (since 16th note spacing seems common in streams). Thanks for pointing out that you can actually misunderstand that. Usually when I talk about streaming speed it's by the song's tempo, not the tempo you have to tap through the stream.Khelly wrote:

If you go by the game's grid snap, yes. I was referring them with the actual note length definition used in music in general. A distance of two white lines (long) would be a whole note length and distance of two white lines (long and short) would be quarter note length and so on.Khelly wrote:
Looks like 240 bpm 1/2's to me which is 120 bpm 1/4's.
Maybe, but I still alternate through them because it's easier for me. To me the definition of stream is simply series of circles that are to fast to single tap (and follow a clear path) or feel more comfortable alternating through them. Sometimes it's tempo dependent whether I feel more comfortable alternating than single tapping. My definition may be wrong, but that's just how I see streams.Khelly wrote:
At that low of a bpm for stream speeds you shouldn't even think of them like easy streams. Especially with this kind of spacing.
