You should focus on getting better slowly, and I mean slowly
a tablet isn't a magical wand, you won't jump in skill, in fact, you'll be performing worse off at the beginning because you're not used to it
I'd recommend Huion 420 full area then you can go to Wacom Intuos

Tablet may help you improve, but you're not bad because you use mouse, you're just bad because you haven't practiced well enough :p
