You will want to go into the skin folder and find the skin configuration settings file.
Open it in notepad and look for (or create if you don't see one) the "SilderBorder."
It should look like this
The numbers next to it is what the color will be using the RGB code.
Here is a color wheel that you can use to see what numbers you'll need for the color you want.
