The diff name should be Abandoned, because English. ey shit I'm an idiot, sorry!!!!
First of all, turn off your effect volume and use playback 50% throughout the song so you can map to the music, it's really hard to map a song like this and be consistent.
If I say it's silent, then the note should be removed.
00:08:476 (6,7) - these notes are quite random. I suggest a stream from 00:08:476 - to 00:08:681 - (the final note lands on the current slider)
00:12:567 (6) - add reverse arrow at 00:12:703 - strong drum sound.
00:15:022 (4) - should be triplet with slider that ends 00:15:294 - here.
00:17:203 (3) - this note is silent. Even the drums are not worth being highlighted.
00:21:022 (3) - sliderhead is silent. Turn 00:20:885 (2) - into a slider that ends 00:21:022 - here, then 2 circles 00:21:158 - and 00:21:294 - here.
00:25:385 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - listen to the drums and remap this whole section, it does not follow any sensible drum sounds.
00:35:749 (6,7,8) - all these triples are silent.

It's not all but hopefully you can find similar problems somewhere else. It's a pain mapping marathons I know but you should be more consistent on which line you're following. If it's not clear, just try to follow the strongest sounds and you'll be fine.
Hopefully other modders will be able to help you with this, it's really really hard to find all the problems on one's own.
