As Rival_7 said, you have to set kiai. Ideally, make it identical to Rival_7's kiai. You can simply open his GD in the editor, then select "Timing" click "Timing Setup Panel", copy kiai start and end, open your diffs and paste into the Timing Setup Panel.

more of a difficulty curving thing you might want to do:
the intro section should use some proper difficulty curving and you started off with shields which is not the best approach sine you would want a simpler start so this is what you can do, use some comfy patterns with minimal shielding from 00:06:243 - to 00:12:243 - then you start doing the shields, it could be better
00:16:461 (16461|3,16555|1,16649|3,16743|0,16836|2,16930|0) - semi mirrors? so mirror this 00:17:024 (17024|1,17118|0,17211|2,17305|0) - by converting 00:17:024 (17024|1,17118|0) - to 4 and 2 also kills the runningman pattern unless you really want it
