Don't know where else to ask. Is there any way I can see all the Beatmaps that I ever downloaded? There was a cool song that I liked and I can't remeber its name.

You can sort by date added, if that's what you mean.
You can also go to osu! > Songs and sort by last modified.

IIRC if you're supporter you can search ranked maps that you've played and look through that
