Does the joystick to the tablet use any kind of battery or is there a specific brand it uses? ;p;

You mean the pen right?

I believe it is a single AAA battery. Also the osu! tablet is a Huion h420, I think. You should be able to find all information about it on the manufacturer's website.

Osu!tablet or either Huion H420/420 uses AAA+ (the thin one) batteries.
